Scoring Instructions
Professional race timing will be used
No limit to the number of runners you wish to register, but be sure they will run the race. Your school will be charged an additional $1.50 (cost of RFID- radio frequency identification tag attached to preprocessed bib) for each registered runner who does not compete. Example: You register 22 runners and we process 22 bibs with tags but only 12 actually run the race. Your school will be charged and additional $15.00 (10 x $1.50) for the unused processed bibs.
Each athlete is to pin a pre-assigned bib to the front of his/her race shirt.
Be sure your athletes are wearing their assigned bib. Athletes that run without a bib will be disqualified.
Please, do not make changes to bib information. If you need corrections/changes, please see the Official Scorer.
Scoring is done by RFID technology timing.
Varsity and Junior Varsity run together. First five runners score with two pushers. Re-ranking for individuals.
Open race runners will not receive a bib and will be responsible for their own times. We will run the finish line display clock to aid personal timing.
